Please READ ALL before sending me any response. I am only interested in hiring someone competent and AVAILABLE to do the job. ALL jobs are LABOR ONLY, as far as price quote. Please quote EACH job you feel you can do confidently as a total price to do each job (ie, I can paint the interior for $X.). All material will be supplied by me already. Leave NAME, NUMBER and FLAT PRICE to do EACH job to be considered. Thanks for considering this. Only quote the job you can do, you don't have to be able to do every job. I am quoting them individually. I have a few jobs available to quote a flat price to complete. I pay once the job is complete ONLY, no daily payment or partial payments available. Cash paid on completion only. Kingwood/Humble TX 77339, near Deerbrook Mall (1960/69N) 1) Need kitchen wall notched out to fit Fridge. The new fridge is here and its wider than the current location. Price to cut out and install drywall tape and float obviously, have ready for paint. Fridge needs to pull in and out of space confortably without getting scratched up. 2) Install new shower system. Its super simple, its just large. Only 1 hot in and 1 cold in. Everything else is basic, remove old shower head and control, attach new unit to the wall with screws and anchor without destroying the tile. 3) Repair several drywall holes around the house. Again flat fee quote only, I am not paying per hole. 4) Finally the last job after everything else is complete is to texture and paint the whole interior of the house. Must have basic tools and plastic/tape to cover household item. MUST be experienced, Paint one room at a time. I have the paint already just need the labor quote.
