This is for all individuals that want to start their fitness journey.
We will meet 3 consecutive days a week for the next 3 weeks. We are building consistency and commitment toward our goals. We are eliminating excuses and moving in purpose to receive long term benefits from exercise. We are changing our habits and making better choices because our health is our priority. Most importantly we are changing the way we think and see ourselves as a whole.
We are implementing priority, preparation and persistence for the next 17 days.
Evaluations, Goal setting , Knowing you are not alone because we are here to walk with you every step of the way is our goal at this time.
Children 4 and older and families are welcome.
