Pre-inspections. Good, bad or ugly? This course will help agents understand why and how pre inspections create a smoother transaction and how the pre inspection creates accountability, and often a win-win outcome for both buyer and seller. Agents will understand and overcome objections both they and a seller may have about doing the pre inspection. This course will also touch on challenging issues with properties with wells and septics. This course will discuss other options should sellers insist they do not want pre inspections or the situation may not call for one. Lastly, the course will show the agent how they could possibly create a win-win situation with both buyer and seller in the remedy of property condition issues.
