Intentions, make a Release Potion with YL essential oils, yoga, & let go with a crystal bowl sound bath under Pink Supermoon energy. Beginning at 6:30, we will briefly get to to know the amazing women in the small circle, set intentions to release the buildup of stored emotional energy and what no longer serves for this full moon in Scorpio. We will each create an individualized and unique "Release Potion" with Young Living's Essential Oils and end with restorative yoga and a crystal bowl sould bath.
