Please apply through the Edward Rose & Sons Careers page by following this link: Make Ready Maintenance Technician Job Description: Promotes the community and the rental of apartments using a thorough and accurate preparation of vacant apartments for new residents. • The Redecoration person performs any pre-maintenance required to bring the apartment to a presentable level so that the work of our painting and cleaning contractors can proceed quickly. • This individual is also responsible for touch-ups needed to make the apartment ready for occupancy. • Through a willingness to work as a team member, the Redecoration person assists the Manager as needed, as well as residents, in a polite and professional manner.
