Please share to find Owner. Currently staying with the finder. Pup followed a young man but wasn't his, around Van Buren and Rosemont. Pup followed us home and is safe. Found on White Spar Rd @ pullout MP306.5 identify for return Female black & tan Chihuhua, appears to be about 2 - 2 1/2 years old or so. She seems to have been cared for by someone recently because she's not boney just scared. I'm going to take her to a vet in a few to get her scanned to see if she has a chip.
