Join a winning fast growing team TODAY! Our Production Manager oversees the post-sale processing of new business from the point of sale through the installation. She/he works to resolve issues identified during the quote approval process and works with the vendors to inform them of new jobs in a timely manner and resolve problems discovered at the time of install. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Leads, guides, and supports the post-sale processing teams e.g. installation auditing Regularly reviews pipeline reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure jobs are progressing throughout the installation cycle in compliance with Reece Windows proven system for 48 Years! Benchmarks Evaluates each sale; Troubleshoots escalated issues Resolves escalated customer issues Tracks and monitors completed jobs to ensure collections are handled within the established benchmarks Oversees vendor capacity to ensure timeliness of installation and appropriate sales mix Ensures the growth and development of subordinate employees Position Requirements High School diploma, GED or equivalent 3+ years of people management Experience 3+ years of customer support experience, Home improvement environment a plus Expertise in CRMs; Lead Perfection experience a plus Ability to Understand Key Performance Indicators Lead times All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
