Do you own your own pickup truck, live in or near Austin TX 78729 and 78613, and want to earn $750 extra a month by working part time in the evenings?   Trash Fairies is hiring someone to do doorstep trash pickup in two apartment complexes that are near each other. No trash leaves the properties. Everything is done on site. We collect trash door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer it to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time. Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards. Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure. Other duties as assigned. Sites: Austin, TX 78729 and 78613 Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 10/10:30 PM Pay: $750 per month Starts: ASAP Job Requirements Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment: Must own your own pickup. Must have a smart phone with data plan. Must maintain valid documentation -- Auto Liability Insurance, Driver's License, etc. Must have a bank account for ACH direct deposit. Ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably. Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Ability to climb stairs, walk distances comfortably. Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
