Our company is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: • Removing bulk trash (including appliances); • Minor drywall damages; • Resolve electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; • Light plumbing & electrical; • Ability to physically manage painting, pressure washing, blower breezeways and parking lots; • Prepare and fulfill turnover checklists; • Lock installations; • Electrical repairs; • Performs work area clean up and safety related duties; • It will be your job to provide fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for our residents; • Prepare vacant apartments for our next resident by carefully inspecting, evaluating, and making any necessary repairs; Requirements: • A year of onsite apartment maintenance experience preferred; • General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service; • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally; • Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly RELIABLE a must; • Apartment maintenance experience a plus. • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Benefits: • Job security for result oriented Maintenance Technician • Will have big growth of income for a successful candidate • Long term job and full time • Has room to grow and move up • Paid time off and 6 holidays paid
