This is a weekend of Conscious Connected Breathing (Rebirthing Breathwork) that is both educational & experiential with the breath process. Tony and Maureen are delighted to offer this upcoming Rebirthing Breathwork weekend to usher in the qualities that Spring represents… Spring is the most profound of the seasons in terms of its meaning, promise, inspiration and experiences. It is the season of new starts and ideas bursting from the ground like the return of grass, daffodils and cherry blossoms. Utilizing your breath in the form of Conscious Connected Breathing (Rebirthing Breathwork) is a stimulating way to bring energy into the cells of the body and open your mind to new, inspirational ideas, and profound shifts in perception. When we use our breath in this way, we feel into deeper parts of ourselves, allowing what resides there to emerge from the unconscious to our conscious awareness. Through Rebirthing Breathwork old patterns can be revealed and dissolved to make room for new habits, relationships, and more goodness in our lives. During this weekend you will have the opportunity to experience rebirthing breathwork both experientially and educationally. The Breathwork sessions and interactive processes (written, visual, & partnered exercises) we will be doing assist you in exploring your inner world, allowing release of imprints from the past and transforming limiting beliefs. Conscious Connected Breathing often leads to an altered state of consciousness which allows access to places that bypass your mind. It can be felt as a transcendent state where all possibilities reside. ––––––– FOR THIS UPCOMING BREATHWORK IMMERSION WEEKEND, WE ARE OFFERING IT SIMULTANEOUSLY ON ZOOM AND IN PERSON AT THE PHILADELPHIA REBIRTHING CENTER. AT THE CENTER, WE ARE ACCEPTING 8 PEOPLE TO BE AT THE CENTER WHO ALSO MUST MEET THE COVID PROTOCOL WE HAVE SET UP This includes: 1. Have a Covid test the week of the program. 2. Wear a mask when coming into the Center 3. Use the soap and sanitizers located in the bathrooms and throughout the house. 4. Upon arrival answer standard short questionaire re. symptom check, etc. 5. Bring a computer, or ipad for zoom session with the rest of the group. Also Earphones in case you need them. _______ The weekend will include a group breathwork session on Friday evening and 2 paired Breathwork sessions.
