We are looking a highly DETAIL ORIENTED construction supervisor/foreman for our boutique landscape design and construction company. We are a small, established company that provides services in Denver and Boulder. Our company pays overtime and is quick to give raises if they are deserved. We are looking for someone with extensive previous landscape installation experience. Please visit our website to get a preview of our work: www.evokelifeoutside.com Qualifications: • 5+ years professional landscape, hardscape experience required • Proven experience as a construction foreman • Ability to lead crews of 3-5 people • Good understanding of plan reading, plan layout and standard landscape installation procedures • Good time management and leadership skills • Experience operating excavators, skid steers and other construction machinery • Must understand how to run a project from beginning to completion • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and highly motivated • Bilingual a plus • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Job Duties: • First level of supervision for crews of 3-5 individuals • Completes jobs within given time frame and budget • Maintains quality service by enforcing safety and standards of quality • Communicates accurate needs to Supervisor in a timely manner • Drives company truck and trailer • Resolves crew issues by investigating and identifying solutions • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and crew timecards, etc. • Reconcile all expenses in a timely manner using our designated program • Contributes to team effort by working hands-on to accomplish results as needed Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Pay Depends on Experience.
