Requirements
Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Experience: Experience with janitorial routine.
Duties:
Cleans entry lobby, laundry room, community room and other common areas
Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis.
Cleans apartments during turnover process
Sweeps and cleans parking lot on daily basis.
