General Assembly - Entry Level - Will Train! Full-Time- $20/hour Monday - Friday Location - Scotts Valley **Immediate Opening** This job requires duties to be performed in a very precise and accurate manner. This role reports directly to the Fragrance Lab Manager. Involves direct handling of cosmetic/fragrance chemicals. QUALIFICATIONS • Must be responsible and reliable. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Have proficient math skills (High School or Equivalent). OUTLINE OF DUTIES • Filling of fragrance materials into bottles based on job orders. • General maintenance and cleanup of lab stations and other indicated areas. • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all persons involved. • Job duties evolve, therefore a willingness to adapt/compromise role expectations is paramount. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Safely work around aromatic chemicals and devices • Ability to lift to shoulder height and carry up to 40 lbs. with or without assistive devices. • While unassisted: bend, sit, kneel and squat, balance, twist and turn, reach over one's shoulders, walk and stand continuously for extended periods of time. • Daily handling of OSHA-regulated aromatic chemicals. AVAILABILITY • Full-time 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday. Temporary position to start. • Your supervisor will determine your schedule.
