SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT – Part Time, Temporary Title: Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant Position Summary: The Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant is an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented, has excellent follow up skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work well with others. They enjoy completing repetitive tasks with consistency and possesses excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Most importantly, the Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant has a high level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.) Consumer Delivery Experience • Accurately packs all orders • Packs deliveries to meet customer and interdepartmental demand in a timely manner • Assist with integration and reconciliation of fulfillment data in all systems utilized, as needed • Support best practice processes and tools that improve the fulfillment experience Consumer Sales and Tasting Room Support • Accurately packs pick-up/curbside orders • Assist the Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator in accurately and efficiently processing orders/returns • Assist teams in researching and resolving customer issues with detail and efficiency Inventory Management • Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse whose space is maximized for efficiency • Responsible for the integrity of operational transactions, including transfers • Document inventory movement and keep up to date records Warehouse and Cellar Support • Assist with shipping and receiving at winery • Assist with production tasks: - Wax, label, and package all large format bottles - Bottle labeling/relabeling projects QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred • Intermediate data manipulation and MS Excel skills • Experience using web-based systems and proprietary compliance and fulfillment systems • High School Diploma or equivalent • A background in shipping, logistics, and project management a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Regularly required to stand or be on their feet up to seven hours per day  Ability to move cases of wine (40 lbs average), event tables, chairs and related equipment
