Each year, 10,500 people die in alcohol-related automobile accidents in the US. At BACtrack, we are dedicated to providing tools that allow people to drink more responsibly. Our breathalyzers save lives, and now we need YOUR help. We are seeking a talented person to assist in processing outbound and inbound shipments, as well as providing support to the Fulfillment team. This role requires multi-tasking, flexibility and initiative to complete projects. Job Type: Part-Time, 16 - 20 hours per week Our company hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 - 6pm. You pick your hours within this window. Responsibilities: 50% of the role involves processing inbound shipments, partaking in projects including repackaging products, labeling products, month-end inventory, processing customer returns. 25% of the role involves shipping customer orders. This could be 1-2 products per box (very common), or assembling a pallet with 10 different products (twice a week). This role will also backfill the primary Shipping role on an as needed basis. 25% of the role is dispositioning returns products, utilizing specializing breath simulation equipment. Accurate recordkeeping is a must! We ship our product out of our office in the financial district in San Francisco (Sansome at Broadway). This is an office environment, not a warehouse environment. You will be a key team member who ensures accurate shipments to customers. Key Requirements for this Position: Basic computer skills- (Google suite, Excel) Careful attention to detail with every shipment Effective written and oral communication skills Need to be able to lift 35 lb Highly Desired Attributes for this Role: Bachelor or Associate Degree strongly preferred Previous e-Commerce related experience Why Consider BACtrack? The e-Commerce Operations Support Specialist position will have direct involvement with these important partners. You will work closely with an experienced Fulfillment Manager and have daily interaction with our Vice President of Operations.
