As Lead Installer on one of our North Bay crews, you will be responsible for the roof portion of the installation. In this role, you will work as part of a 3-person crew, supported by our electricians, to complete solar installations safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards.  You will utilize your previous solar and construction experience to install solar systems on all roof types, taking responsibility for roof layout and roof penetrations. You will lead the roof installation -- bending conduit, installing racking, running homeruns/jumper wires for multiple arrays.  Past experience working on rooftops will ensure that you adhere to appropriate safety standards for heights, lifting, ladders and scaffolding. Your strong interpersonal and customer relations skills will be critical when working in our team environments and while representing Simply Solar to our clients.
