Hey, got an aquarium I’m needing to rehome, as we are moving out of state. Four black skirt tetras (some long-finned), one white skirt tetra. and a female dwarf gourami, as well as a small population of bladder snails that help a bit in cleaning. The fish eat once a day around 5pm, and sometimes have fasting days to aid digestion.
The plants are, from left-right; Amazon sword, Java fern, Anubias barteri, Anubias barteri var. nana. The sword is regrowing leaves currently, and all plants are established.
Comes with a Penguin 200 bio filter, heater, light fixture, plant bulb, magnetic cleaner brush, scrubber, medium fish net, and what’s left of the following supplies; Seachem Prime, a fresh water testing kit, Seachem Flourish tabs, and TetraMin fish flakes.
Overall, a well-established tank that will do well for an aquarist of any level. I do a 20% water change once a week, scrub the walls, and dose a capful of Seachem Flourish for the plants. If you are new to fish I can help you learn the basics.
It’s an intimidating thing to move and I’m not asking anything in return for it but responsibility. We could possibly help move things close by. The desk the aquarium is sitting on can be yours if you would like it as well. We will also provide everything you need to transport the fish and water - bags, boxes, and buckets with lids.
Email or text if you’re interested, thanks!
