Painter/Handyman Needed for Suburban Apartment Buildings

Full-time, year-round, permanent position with company in business for over 20+ years. Suburban Milwaukee Property Management company is seeking a full-time Painter / Handyman to maintain and renovate apartment buildings throughout the metro area. This individual will need to have attention to detail. Vehicle and supplies provided. -Job duties may include, but are not limited to: -Paint and touch up apartment units as needed -Complete resident service request and respond to on-call emergency situations, as needed -Identify safety issues that may effect the building or the residence. -Have basic tools for small projects -Have a great attitude and have the ability to work with others! -Applicant must be approved by our auto insurance and must have a clean driving record. A company vehicle is provided. $26 per hour based on experience. Company vehicle is provided. Must have a good driving record. IRA with employer contribution provided
