We are a property management company looking to hire someone for apartment maintenance and repairs. Specific skills include but are not limited to painting, a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical; clean up and assisting in repairs or improvements. Work can be indoors and outdoors; a lot of variety in this business. We prefer you are a licensed driver, with your own vehicle. Work load averages 30 -40 hours per week.
