Suitable for small sculpture, painting, print making, weaving, textiles, etc., almost anything that does not create toxicity, a lot of noise or smoke. Space has spot lighting, natural light, comes with a large workbench, access to utility sink, small kitchenette, bathroom and ample parking. Floor pad is installed to make standing on concrete easier on the feet. Applicant should be interested in a long term commitment to be part of this group. $450/month includes all utilities, garbage and 24 hour access. 1st month's rent and deposit of same amount.
