In this class, students will discuss the laws, equipment considerations, and techniques of carrying a concealed firearm. We will also discus In this class, students will discuss the laws, equipment considerations, and techniques of carrying a concealed firearm. We will also discuss different scenarios and decision making. There will be 2 hours of classroom time, then time in the range to practice techniques learned. Students will need their pistol, 50 rounds of ammunition, and an appropriate holster. (For safety reasons, we WILL NOT be shooting from holsters that face backwards, are carried in the back, or on the ankle.) Space is limited to 10 students. PREREQUISITE: Students must have had some form of basic firearm training such as Survival or Handgun 101 before taking this class. Knowing the function and safe handling of firearms is imperative to safely completing this class. Cost is $50.00. This class is open to the public.
