Lead Light Duty Diesel Tech wanted. We are in need of an experienced tech with strong diagnosis skills. This is a lead position which comes with responsibility but also flexibility. This position requires 3-5+ years of experience, a positive attitude, a willingness to grow the team and yourself. A strong leader and team player will excel and be rewarded. This position will work with the ownership to manage and grow the business while still being able to wrench. Initially the majority of time will be spent wrenching however, once a good relationship is in place this is a roll with huge growth potential. Some training of greener techs maybe required, own tools required, M-F 8-5 is the shop hours but we are able to accommodate schedule preferences. We are a small, family owned business in Duvall. We specialize in the power stroke platform but work on all the major diesel brands. Experience in performance parts and tuning is a plus (we would be willing to train in this area). ASE or similar certification is a plus but may not be required if relevant experience /work history is sufficient. We want someone interested in being with us for the long haul, growing our clientele and delivering exceptional customer service in a fun work environment. We have an excellent reputation for exceptional customer service so a desire to do the job right and take care of our customers for the long haul will be the most important skill. Pay will depend on experience and be mostly based on flat rate but due to some training and diagnosis requirements a commission or salary+ compensation may be considered.
