Black cat w white socks

Saw lying on the fast-lane side of the I-5 freeway as I was driving by about 3 p.m. on Friday. Mostly black, small white socks on at least the back paws. (Sorry to post, but if it were my cat I would appreciate knowing. My sincerest condolences to the owner.)
