Looking for Participants Across US for Pandemic Related Waste Survey

Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison are looking for participants in a survey (IRB exempt) that asks about face masks and/or facial coverings use habits, materials (reusable and disposable), and associated wastes stemming from the COVID-19 Pandemic. The survey lasts around 10 minutes. Participants can opt into participating in a drawing for a $20 cash reward. There is a 15 out of 1,000 chance of obtaining the reward. If the participant wins the drawing, the cash reward will be sent through the mail via the United States Postal Service. Anonymous survey responses will be collected and stored separately from the personal information collected if you participate in the cash reward drawing.
