We are looking for a dedicated and hard working Crew Lead in Training to assist our growing company. California Exterior Restorations brings hardscapes back to life. We offer many services including: pressure washing, paver sealing, concrete staining, lifting and resetting pavers, and much more. Responsibilities: Completing restoration projects in a timely manner Directing a team while out at a project Overseeing repairs and maintenance of equipment Communicating to customers while on a jobsite and report to supervisor Monitor supplies Requirements: Proven leadership experience Ability to work as a team Attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills
