Fast growing self-storage company with a mobile home park that is seeking to fill a full-time maintenance worker position. We are looking for positive upbeat individual with a combination of basic maintenance skills who is willing to work weekdays/weekends. Qualified candidate will have the following: •Detail oriented person •Punctual individual •Ability to problem solve •Ability to lift 50 lbs •Some basic maintenance skills in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical •Need person with "sound" transportation, valid drivers license and good driving record for travel We are looking for someone who is seeking long term employment. Someone that is serious-minded but handles pressure well in a relaxed manner.
