Groundskeeper/HandyMan We are a local septic and well company looking to add a new team member to our growing business. The business is located on a large property with multiple office and storage buildings and homes. We are looking for a general handyman to help upkeep these buildings as well as the property as a whole. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of residential building repair including drywall, framing, and carpentry skills. Tools and equipment will be provided. Job duties include: -Building repairs/maintenance -Landscaping/maintenance -Roofing -Drywall -Framing -Demo -Flooring -Basic remodel work 40 hours a week M-F 8-5 with potential to work overtime on weekends as needed. Pay ranges from $13-20 an hour DOE. We are a small business but growing rapidly, and although we don’t offer traditional health care we have a variety of other benefits including free urgent care visits, a gym membership and chiropractic care.
