Perform services as assigned, following Restoration 1 guidelines. Communicate with the supervisor to make sure all customer needs are met. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed. Responsibilities: • Interact with customers in a kind and professional manner • Maintain accurate logs and basic written records of work performed • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and clean equipment appearance • Perform skilled and semi-skilled activities in the water damage restoration and mold remediation industry, depending on assignment • Prepare work area/room and set up equipment for each project • Ensure clear two-way communication with supervisor and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns) • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance • Available on-call for after hours and emergency situations, as needed Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in which you can effectively communicate with others in a timely, professional and positive manner • Organized, dependable, and able to manage to a schedule • Neat and clean in appearance • Valid Driver’s License • Able to lift 50+lbs • Flexibility for overtime, after hours and/or on call emergency work • High School Diploma/GED Preferred (but not required): • IICRC certifications • Experience in water mitigation, fire/mold remediation, and/or general construction/repair Career Benefits: • Competitive Pay - Start off earning $15/hr - $22/hr, depending on experience • High career growth potential • Performance based incentives Please call 828-388-8746 to set up an interview time or submit a resume to [email protected] Restoration 1 is an Equal Opportunity Employer
