Hello everyone. :) I’m a Christian, and I’m seeking a prayer buddy. Or even a prayer group. ———— Quick note first, for any haters of Christianity who might feel like harassing me: Just stop in advance. Just don’t go there. You can better than this. Also, your hate isn’t going to impact me. I’m not going to change my foundational life beliefs, just because one random internet stranger sent me an email with angry words. It isn’t scary, it isn’t convincing, and it doesn’t do anything. I’m just a random stranger posting on the internet looking for likeminded friends. If you don’t agree with my religion—no worries! Just keep scrolling onto other posts. My post isn’t a threat to you. So don’t threaten or harass me. —————— Ok, here is the real post: My prayer buddy moved away, and I am seeking a new prayer buddy. Or buddies. It’s harder to seek God without fellowship around. Of course, I can still seek God on my own. But if you’ve ever experienced prayer soaking, you know that it’s much easier with fellow Christians around. The Holy Spirit flows more easily with more Christians in His presence. :) So I LOVE to do “prayer soaking”. Have you heard of it? It’s exactly what it sounds like. Have you never tried it? It’s easy. :) We sit. We talk about problems in our life that we need God’s help with. We play worship music and sing along. We pray. We welcome God into the conversation, because He is a Loving Father Who wants to be involved in our lives. We ask Him to join us, and we say: “Speak, Lord YHVH God. Your servants are listening, in Jesus name.” And we listen. :) We listen for Him to speak to our hearts/souls/minds. And we also run what we hear by each other, to test what we hear and verify that it is indeed God. If one of us hears it, it might just be our mind. But if both of us, with 2 separate minds, see/hear/feel the exact identical same thing? Not a coincidence. :) This is prayer soaking. Soaking in the presence of God and praying to Him. It is GREAT for issues like, “life advice”, or “help me with this problem God, what is Your will?” or also, “inner healing, and healing of buried traumas, and physical healing.” Sooooooooooooooooo..... So I’m seeking a buddy who just wants to chill with me, and do this. Maybe once or twice a week. For a few hours each session. I live in the Thornton/Broomfield area. But I can drive anywhere in the Denver metro and suburbs area. We can meet in person, or over the phone, for prayer sessions. All ages are welcome! Male or female friends are welcome! (if you’re the opposite gender from me though, we will meet in a public location for safety.) Anyone up for that? If so— Email me. Or call. Or text. I’m 99% unlikely to answer your calls, just so you know. Because of all those stupid spam numbers that keep calling me. (No, I DON’T believe you scammers about my car’s extended warranty! For the 10,000th time! Geez! It isn’t going to work on me! LOL.) So I’m most likely to answer communication by text messages. Maybe emails sometimes. Not reliably though, my inbox is already too cluttered. I MIGHT answer calls, but calls from an unknown number? It’s rare. Looking forward to hearing from my Christian brothers and sisters!
