Site Work Construction Manager

We are a growing company looking for a strong leader to oversee site work construction of our new neighborhoods, and to deliver quality projects on time and on budget while also building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and local municipalities. Applicant would work directly with our Head of Community Development to create systems and processes for neighborhood construction while also overseeing day to day site activity. Applicants should also have at least 2 years of project management experience running site work projects to include: scheduling, payment apps, subcontractor management, and running jobs from start to finish. Must have good work ethic and be able to work well with others. Bachelor's degree preferred, but 2 years of site work construction management required.
