Qualified Landscaper Needed Roy Briley Property Management is seeking a qualified, self-motivated landscaper to perform seasonal, routine lawn maintenance at properties our company manages. Basic duties will include lawn mowing, raking, watering, etc. and you will be required to handle basic maintenance of your equipment. Applicants must be self reliant and disciplined. Hiree will be given a rotational route and schedule of properties to each be serviced on a bi-weekly basis. Other duties may be assigned as needed and required by the job. Regular hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, pay starting at $18.00 per hour. Requirements: - Must have a valid Social Security Number. - Must be open to background check. Drug/alcohol use, of any kind, while on the job is strictly prohibited. - You will need to be capable of lifting 75lb or more and know how to operate lawn mower's, weed whackers, etc. - If possible, please include a copy of your driving record with your application. - Must have a valid driver's license and insurance with a clean driving record and no DUI's in the last 5 years. - Hiree will need to have a vehicle capable of hauling a medium size trailer and all required equipment. All other equipment will be provided.
