I need 2 rooms of carpet laid down in a small apartment

My real estate agent has had several people fall through. I am in need of one person who can lay two rooms of carpet in a small apartment. It's just the living room and the bedroom. I don't think there is any seaming to be done aside from the transition area, I don't think either of the rooms are bigger than 12 feet. Please message me if you have experience, can do a good job and have a way to get 2 rolls of carpet and padding from Lowes to a small apartment in Williamston, NC.
