Looking for advice

Hello everyone. I am a 29 year old male, but I am interested in finding a relationship with a woman. But I really don't even know where to begin. I don't know anyone and have little experience. My work schedule does not allow for much social interaction and the pandemic has not helped. I have always been on my own, but now I feel lonely and seek more for my life, but don't know what to do. I was hoping anyone out there could give me some advice on this, as I am completely lost. Hopefully I can receive useful feedback here instead of just criticism. Believe me, I have already heard the criticism many times. But maybe I can get real helpful answers, instead of negativity. I know this post is a long shot, but I am willing to try new things until I get the answers that I am looking for. I generally want to improve my situation, I am not here to complain or feel sorry for myself. I take full responsibility for my life decisions that have brought me here. Looking forward to any response I can get. Thank you
