I am looking to hire about 5 experienced painters. I pay better than almost any company out there if you have the experience, attitude and are fast. Pay based on experience. We do high end work not sloppy at all. You know how to scrape, putty, caulk, mask off areas to prep to spray, back roll,powerwashing and spraying experience is a plus, everyone washes brushes and rollers. We clean up the job at the end of each day.Must have reliable transportation. Can work out rideshare for the right guys. I pay well. Paid weekly. Cash. Pay based on experience. Bonuses are available based on finishing jobs under labor budget. I am looking for guys who have worked for a painting company before. Carpentry experience a plus.
We are booked solid through December. I will keep you on full time in the winter if you are a good fit. Also looking to hire a few guys that are willing to learn. Must be able to climb and work off of ladders, be polite to customers, professional workmanship. Hours are 8 or 8:30 until 5 or 6. You can work later if you want. I usually work 8 to 7 with an hour lunch break. 7 days a week. I want 40-50 hours from you a week minimum, more hours available if you want. No hard drugs. No drinking or smoking pot on the job. 15-35 an hour. Tell me your experience, companies you have worked for and list some references I can contact.
