MAINTENANCE TECH - Colliers International is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to carry out general building maintenance on a portfolio of commercial/residential buildings in Santa Fe. Position requires good general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, drywall/stucco, painting and grounds maintenance. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance, general repairs and assisting with mechanical operating systems. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance and be available for on-call. Salary ($16.50 - $18.50/hr) and benefits package offered.
