In search of barn cat

I'm looking for an adult cat to join my 6 year old spayed female as a barn cat. The cat would live the good life in a Morton-type building with many hiding places, stacks of hay, and boxes with straw for curling up in, as well as a 6 1/2' cat tree. The building is cool in the summer and has a space heater in winter. They are fed twice a day and have a litter box. If medical care is needed, it will be provided. Mice-catching ability a plus but not required. :)
