Description
Experienced general maintenance person needed for small inn, restaurant, bar and cafe. About 24 hours a week to start and need to agree to a flexible schedule in addition to some on-call work. Since the position requires on-call availability, it would work best for a person that resides not too far from Los Osos. Some general knowledge and experience is useful include painting, plumbing, electrical and drywall, but willingness to learn and expand skill set is also important. The person needs to be a friendly, service oriented, team player and a self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot jobs as situations arise.
