JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician has responsibility for the daily maintenance of buildings and grounds. A valid driver’s license is required while employed with Cass Hill Development Companies (CHDC). Hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; (5) days per week and on-call as necessary for the position PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintenance of buildings and grounds including lawn care, snow removal, minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and cleaning. • Complete open and assigned work orders daily. • Perform monthly inspections and complete reports. • Apartment turnovers prior to new tenant move-ins. • Follow established policies, procedures and standards to ensure the use of best practices in the building maintenance operations. • Shall be able to work independently without supervisor direction. • After hours on call when scheduled. • Meeting with hired vendors and assist and direct to problems of issue. • Performs other related duties as requested by management.
