A growing Fargo distribution company is looking for self-motivated individual to be Warehouse Associate to be trained for delivery driver. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of warehouses and be willing to train to be part of our delivery team while maintaining excellent customer service, safety, efficiency and accuracy. We will also train to assist with customer service. We are a locally owned employer offering great pay and benefits. Job responsibilities Warehouse staff team member Take direction from leadership Pick orders and load and unload vehicles. Ship and receive products accurately Assist annual inventory counts and periodic cycle counts. Help maintain an orderly and clean warehouse and storage lot Schedule and track maintenance and repairs on company vehicles. Follow safety procedures and policies Be flexible and initiate improvements when necessary Clean driving record Willing to show up for work on time daily and be available for OT Requirements -Clean driving record -Warehouse distribution knowledge -Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times and sometimes up to 100 lbs. -Be able to stand and walk frequently -Certifiable on a forklift Our hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Please respond via e-mail with your resume.
