Hey, I am a real estate investor from out of State. I need someone to help me with tasks in the Cleveland area. Tasks such as taking pictures of properties, placing lockboxes, occasionally doing showing of properties etc.... Will be paid by job. May be ideal for someone in the handyman/ contractor field that wouldn't mind some extra side money as this is not a fulltime position.
