UP TO $23 PER HOUR PLUS BONUS OF UP TO $1,000 FOR QUALIFIED CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIANS. Other types of floor cleaning skills can qualify, such as vinyl refinish. Full-time, year-round employment. Many employees have been with us 10 or more years. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST SEVERAL MONTHS OF PROFESSIONAL FLOOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE. Sweeping or mopping alone is NOT acceptable experience. You MUST include`your experience on your resume. Details: BONUS: $500 bonus for medium experience and $1,000 bonus for extensive experience. PAID TRAINING: Some training will be required (1 to 4 weeks), no matter how much training you have. You will be paid for training. PAY AFTER TRAINING: $20 per hour or more versus commission (percentage of the job). Commission pay is higher. Most of our technicians earn commission. We have work available every day, at all times of the day & night. About 65% of the available work is night work, and about 35% mornings or afternoons.
