Around 440pm I watched you roll down your window. Speed up to a woman in a silver car in your Toyota sedan and repeatedly raise your hand out of your window giving her the finger. I also saw you throw multiple objects out your passenger window at her car. You sped past me going at least 120 and merged in and out of lanes without regard to the other drivers around you. It was obvious you were trying to run her off the road. 95 northbound is not a smash Brothers race track where you throw banana peels and someone spins out only to regenerate. You could have killed her. I saw her using American Sign Language for you to stop, please stop. But you used your automobile as a 2 ton killing machine to harass and intimidate a woman. I don't know what kind of psychotic monster you are but you are lucky you didn't cause an accident and kill people. I am kicking myself for not calling the cops but I have your plate number written down and may decide to over the weekend because the more I think about you trying to hurt a young woman, let alone one who is deaf, the more pissed off I get.
