Job position: General Maintenance Worker Type: Part Time - Full Time Compensation - Negotiable Description: We are looking for someone that is able to get units rent ready and respond to maintenance request. Must have 5 years of experience. Must have their own tools and transportation. Service areas range from Akron, Ohio to Youngstown, OH. Must be able to perform general repairs and getting units ready for rent. Examples may include replace/repair electrical outlets, repairing drains, unclogging pipes, carpet installation, repairing drywall, painting, installation/repairing doors and other unit fixtures Required Skills/Abilities: -Reliable Transportation -Have own tools required to complete the job -Ability to follow instructions -Readily available at anytime -Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. -Ability to use hand tools and power tools. -Excellent organizational and time management skills.
