We are in search of a bilingual janitor / day porter who speaks English, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning. Job Duties: This individual will service a high-end apartment complex and will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the property, with cleaning and sanitation duties that include: common areas, vacant apartment units, apartment models, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, etc. Job Requirements: Attention to detail is an absolute MUST in order to succeed in this position! Must have a strong work ethic, 3+ years' experience working as a day porter/janitor, be extremely dependable, have professional appearance and reliable transportation.
