Investment and property management company needs licensed electrician for new installs, upgrades, and service work. Must have ability to pull permits as needed and have general liability. We buy and rehab properties primarily in SW and SE Atlanta. Need someone for long term partnership. Previous electrician retired after 15+ years of working with us. Have a decent and steady volume and looking for someone who is familiar with investment pricing and working on rehabs. Attached images are what we are NOT looking for !!
