Lookin for a general Handyman, jack of all trades to do minor repairs on rental properties. Must know light electrical, light plumbing, sheetrock repairs, painting, wood repairs. Punch list capable. Send me your rates and contact info. Not looking to get estimates on each repair so hourly rate would cover all of us in case of unknowns. Must be able to set appointments with tenants to schedule work. Homes in Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding.
