Seeking Country Guitar Player

Strong, well established country band seeking guitar player. Band has been very active for 10 years (COVID being the exception). What we would like: 1. Can play well and learn fast (duh). 2. Good gear. We use quality gear and IEM's, will be expected to have or get some. 3. Prefer under 50, or at least look/act it on stage. 4. Prefer you be able to sing harmony. We would like someone that want's to be "in" the band, we have hired guns available. Currently focusing on originals since playing opportunities are few and we have access to recording facilities. We practice weekly. Typically we play 90's to today's country. Pre-Covid we averaged 55+ gigs a year, so if/when things get moving again we anticipate being busy.
