Rehoming jack russell puppy! ASAP!!! TODA?!

He is 21 weeks old I've been around the puppy since he was eight weeks old I've been fostering him for four weeks. I have two children who are too young to interact with this puppy he is a Jack Russell terrier Chihuahua mix he is almost potty trained he has accidents here and there he will pee on a potty pad he walks on a leash pretty well so far with a harness he is microchipped and all you need to do is go online and redo the microchip owner. He will bond to you but it will take a little warming up. He is a good dog he's teething like crazy. He originally was $450. He has been neutered. All of his vaccinations are currently up to date. He is in good health via the doctor at the vet. I do have all of his paperwork so far that has dates of all of his vaccinations etc. Older children in the family are okay but he prefers adults, a female as a as his dominant owner. He needs an active owner who can take him on runs or walks everyday. He does not get along with other dogs. He will bark, growl, and become aggressive if he sees another dog on a leash or he is snuck up on by a random person on a walk or at the river. He needs someone who will put a lot of time into his training and possibly someone who has Jack Russell experience his personality is spunky and full of energy. I believe he has some anxiety and separation issues because of the beginning part of his life. If you are interested I can explain more. Overall he is a great dog but still a puppy who had a rough start to his life. There will be a small rehoming fee I'm starting at $150. He comes with a million toys, bones, a kennel, a half bag of food, pet carpet odor control, his collar, harness an extendable leash four foot leash soap for baths (which he does do very well with as long as you give him plenty of positives and have treats available for him) multiple bags of treats other chew toys I do have a yard steak with a runner cable for him as well for an extra small fee of $20. He also comes with a Nerf dog ball gun a frisbee and poop bags with a poop bag container as well as a small rug and little bit for him.
