The right person can/should start immediately. We need a handyman for our farm & vacation rental businesses located in Anacortes. The ideal person should be a jack of all trades and capable of many different tasks including heavy lifting and digging holes. You should be able to think outside of the box and be creative doing things on a low budget with free or recycled items when necessary, or using the latest and greatest new products when appropriate. It will be required that you answer your phone and respond to text messages from us and show up to work as promised. You should be a good communicator. We are pretty good and flexible people, but if you cannot communicate with us and follow through with commitments it makes the projects stressful. PAY will START AT $15/hr. If you prove to be reliable, capable and quick then we can increase it to $20/hr. If you are a Marijuana user then we require that you not come to work stoned. That means there should be a minimum of 6 hours since the last time you consume Marijuana before you start your shift and that you do not consume any during your shift. This stipulation stands even if you are using it for medical purposes. If you can't control it then don't take this job. We will notice and that will be the end of your employment with us.
