Handyman for Commercial Properties 3-5 years of experience is a must Qualifications: Skilled carpenter, Drywall repair, High level painter, General Building repairs, upkeep and maintenance. Knowledge on: Painting, Electrical, Masonry, and HVAC a must Clean driving record This is a long-term, 40hours a week, full-time position with some possible on call hours. Pay is determined and based upon skill level. We are a drug/alcohol free work environment, must pass drug and background check.
